Consultation on plans for new homes at Milton Place

Gravesham Community Investment Partnership (GCIP) is pleased to launch a public consultation on plans to deliver new and much needed housing at Milton Place, Gravesend, ensuring local needs are met.

Our early ideas for the land at Milton Place would deliver much needed independent living for older people, alongside a small number of homes for private sale, and make sure that local needs are met.

Investment in developing the Milton Place site is significant in the ongoing regeneration of the town centre, including the important delivery of much needed affordable housing.

Delivering new affordable
homes in Gravesend

Gravesham Community Investment Partnership is a partnership between Gravesham Borough Council and The Hill Group, established to find suitable locations and develop sites for new council-owned homes in the Gravesham borough.

The aim is to reduce Gravesham Borough Council’s Housing Register, which is currently over 1,000 households, providing new, quality homes for local people.
